No — HeatNI Cover is a local maintenance plan, not an insurance policy. That means no complicated claims process, no call centre, and no third-party contractors — just our own team looking after your home.
Is my boiler too old to join?
Most boilers qualify. If yours is over 7 years old, a small monthly surcharge applies — we'll confirm this before you sign up.
What if my boiler can't be repaired?
Premium includes £250 off a new boiler installation if yours is beyond economical repair.
How long is the contract?
12 months, then you're free to renew or cancel whenever suits you.
